Joe Jonas was spotted out in Toluca Lake, California on Thursday (July 8).

The JoBros rocker joined his family for a bite to eat at the popular Paty's Restaurant, where he kindly obliged to pose for pictures with an avid female fan.
On the career end of things, Joe recently debuted a new music video for "Make It Right" starring the lovely Chelsea Staub.
Not far removed from a split with Demi Lovato, Joe has been rumored to be quite smitten with the 21-year-old "Bratz" babe - though nothing solid has come forth to confirm any relationship talk.
